Overview

Downtick does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. Your events stay on your device.

Data Storage

All events, settings, and preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. No data is ever sent to any server operated by Brigg Thorp or any third party.

Calendar Access

If you choose to import events from your calendar or export events to your calendar, Downtick requests access to your device's Calendar. This access is used only to read or write events at your direct request and is never used for any other purpose. Calendar data is never transmitted off your device.

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Downtick schedules local notifications on your device. No data leaves your device as part of this process.

Analytics & Tracking

Downtick does not use any analytics SDKs, advertising networks, or third-party tracking tools. No usage data or crash reports are collected beyond what Apple provides to developers through App Store Connect.

Children's Privacy

Downtick does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13.

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date.
