How do I add an event?

Tap the + button in the top right corner of the main screen. Give your event a name, pick a date, choose an emoji and color, and tap Save.

Can events repeat automatically?

Yes. When adding or editing an event, set the Repeat Frequency to daily, weekly, monthly, or yearly. Downtick will automatically advance the date after each occurrence.

How do I set a reminder?

When creating or editing an event, tap the Reminder field and choose how far in advance you'd like to be notified. Make sure you've allowed Downtick to send notifications in Settings.

How do I share an event with someone?

Swipe left on any event card and tap Share. This generates a link the recipient can tap to open the event directly in their copy of Downtick.

How do I import events from my calendar?

Tap the calendar icon in the toolbar. Downtick will request calendar access, then show your upcoming events. Select the ones you want and tap Import.

How do I reorder my events?

Tap the sort icon and choose Manual Order. You can then drag events into any order you like.
